During this five-week course, a psychologist from the Icelandic Anxiety Centre Kvíðameðferðarstöðin teaches effective ways of changing the way you feel and increasing your sense of wellbeing by means of cognitive behavior therapy. The course can help alleviate mild to moderate
symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Starting March 3 rd , the program will be held on Mondays from 14:00 – 16:00.
The cost of this 10-hour course is 49.000, work unions may cover part of the participation fees.
The course is held in English, and the number of participants is limited to 15.
